We are seeking a dynamic and strategic ADP TotalSource Consultant to join our team and drive impactful HR and business solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in enterprise solutions implementation, process improvement, and organizational change management to deliver tailored services. We implemented TotalSource over a year ago and need an expert to help us optimize their workforce strategies, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth. We are a franchise organization with 8+ locations., * Collaborate with us to understand organizational goals, HR challenges, and operational needs, developing customized strategies aligned with our business objectives.

• Potential change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis and research to identify process inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions for process mapping and improvement.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with executive leadership, providing insights based on data analysis and industry best practices to support decision-making.
• Maintain ongoing client communication, providing expert guidance on management consulting practices, lean management principles, and large-scale organizational change strategies.

• Strong strategic planning capabilities with a proven track record in working with ADP TotalSource - payroll, time and attendance, scheduling, etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and senior stakeholders..
• Background in consulting firms or similar environments specializing in large-scale organizational change management projects.
• Strong research skills to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to HR transformation initiatives.
