• Define the MCU product platform and feature set in alignment with market requirements and business goals
• Collaborate with Technical Marketing and customers to define, refine, and validate use cases
• Translate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications
• Evaluate and prioritize change requests based on technical impact, feasibility, and strategic fit
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation across engineering

• A Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in MCU, semiconductors, or embedded systems development
• Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering
• Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar
• Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration
• Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and systems-level thinking and project or technical leadership experience
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). German would be a plus
