The Memphis Net Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications and software systems. The Memphis Net Developer will work with a team of contractors to reach company goals for software and applications. The Memphis Net Developer will work with senior IT management to determine the best course of action and will implement changes to Net systems., * The Memphis Net Developer will write code to develop and improve company software systems in order to maintain and develop business.

• Partner with contractors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and audit work.
• Work closely with consultants and outside vendors to ensure that the systems function optimally.
• The Memphis Net Developer will take part in planning meetings for information technology systems.
• Take part in the development of goals for the firm’s information technology infrastructure.
• Ensure the systems are maintained, make suggestions about possible changes the could save the company money.
• The Memphis Net Develop will participate in the implementation of new systems, ensuring that they properly integrate current systems.

• A four-year degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a related role.
• Familiar with Net development for a retail client.
• Comfortable overseeing many integration points across multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical personnel.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage several priorities at once, meeting shifting deadlines.
• Proven commitment to maintaining and growing technical knowledge and expertise, willing to attend conferences, training, and other events to improve skills.
