Expert Programmer Analyst - Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Expert Programmer Analyst - Technical Lead to serve as the technical authority for the BigID platform, providing architectural leadership, platform strategy, and technical guidance. This role will lead platform enhancements, support cloud-based solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and compliant., * Serve as the technical lead and SME for the BigID platform.

• Provide architecture, design, and integration guidance.
• Lead platform enhancements and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Design and maintain API integrations and scripting solutions.
• Mentor support teams and work closely with the BigID vendor.
• Support AWS-hosted and hybrid cloud environments.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of programming analysis experience.
• Strong scripting and API development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Strong understanding of databases, data discovery, and enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with BigID or similar data privacy/governance platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SharePoint, and enterprise repositories.
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy compliance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $128000.00 - $218000.00annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
