Technical Analyst II

Ignite Digital is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst II to support a U.S. Navy Software Maintenance Program in the Norfolk, VA region. This role plays a key part in helping Navy stakeholders maintain, modernize, and optimize critical software systems across the fleet. We are looking for an analytical, detailoriented professional who thrives in missionfocused environments and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges., * Support development and refinement of technical specifications, system processes, workflows, and documentation.

• Conduct process analysis and design activities to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.
• Apply analytical and logical problemsolving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Navy program personnel, engineering teams, logistics specialists, and software maintainers to ensure technical requirements are welldefined and accurately represented.
• Assist in evaluating software maintenance approaches, interface requirements, humansystem interactions, and system usability considerations.
• Prepare and present analytical findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:

• Physical Sciences
• Computer Science
• Mathematics
• Psychology (Psychology degrees are acceptable only if coursework includes Human Systems Interface (HSI) and Human Factors Engineering (HFE).)

Required Experience:

• Currently possess a DoW SECRET Security clearance
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in:
• Technical specifications development
• Process analysis and design
• Technical problem solving
• Analytical/logical thinking
• Experience supporting DoW C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems is strongly desired.
• Other relevant industry experience supporting complex technical solutions may be considered with COR approval.
