IT Change Management Analyst

• Manage and coordinate change management lifecycle activities including planning, review, approval, and communication.
• Drive improvements across core ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Facilitate ITSM-related meetings and ensure adherence to documented policies and processes.
• Support development and maintenance of ITSM documentation including process flows, SOPs, and technical standards.
• Generate and deliver periodic KPI and SLA reporting to IT leadership and governance bodies.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams and stakeholders on ITSM processes and compliance requirements.
• Manage escalations within owned ITSM practices and provide detailed reporting for audits and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify service improvement opportunities and automation use cases.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management practices including Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
• Working knowledge of ITIL-based processes and governance frameworks
• Documentation, reporting, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
