RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR CARE ACCESS (RICA)-BHA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR

Exempt, Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Civil service appointment. This position provides high-level project management support for complex or specialized projects. The position works with technical team members, analysts, business users, and vendors in providing overall project direction, planning, analysis, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion activities to support RICA-BHA’s technical and programmatic needs and contributes to the overall Department’s IT technical and programmatic needs and contributes to the overall Department’s IT.

EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree. Excess specialized experience or any administrative, professional, or other responsible work which required a high level of analytical skills may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

EXPERIENCE:

Technical Experience: Ten (10) years of technical experience with knowledge of systems administration, networking, security, database administration, data management and reporting, or related fields.

Experience successfully managing enterprise/large scale projects or projects, including a track record of ethical decision making in challenging environments may be substituted for up to five (5) years of technical experience on a year-for-year basis.
