Job description

ITC is seeking multiple mid-level Data Analysts to support the Air Force Mission Assurance Program. Depending on assignment, selected personnel may focus primarily on assessment-data collection and management, analytical exploitation of Mission Assurance data, executive decision support, risk modeling, or preparation of staffing and tasking products. This position is located in the National Capital Region (Pentagon, onsite). We estimate the award will be made in late August to September 2026 with a PoP starting 1 Nov 2026.

The Data Analyst supports Air Force Mission Assurance risk management, monitoring, reporting, and data-platform activities by analyzing mission, assessment, and risk data; developing decision-support products; and helping Government leaders understand risk to critical missions and assets.

Required Clearance Level

  • Current, active, and valid Top Secret personal security clearance., Data Management
  • Collect, structure, validate, and maintain assessment data
  • Support data quality, normalization, traceability, and version control
  • Manage data from Mission Assurance assessments and related sources
  • Support integration into Government-designated data platforms

Data Analysis

  • Analyze Mission Assurance risk, assessment, and operational data
  • Prepare tasking packages, staffing products, and decision-support materials
  • Develop courses of action, risk-mitigation analyses, and ROI-based recommendations
  • Support dashboards, reporting, modeling, and executive-level analysis

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in any field or major.
  • Three to ten years of work experience in any career field, discipline, or industry.
  • Currently a legal citizen of the United States of America.
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
  • Experience collecting, structuring, validating, managing, analyzing, or visualizing data
  • Experience preparing analytical findings, staffing materials, tasking packages, or decision-support products
  • Ability to obtain the Palantir Foundry Application Developer Certification within 90 calendar days after contract award and retain the certification for the duration of the contract.
  • Expertise in oral and written English communications skills.
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)., * Experience supporting Mission Assurance, critical asset risk management, installation assessments, or related Department of Defense activities.
  • Experience analyzing mission, risk, readiness, operational, or assessment data.
  • Experience using Palantir Foundry or a comparable enterprise data and analytics platform.
  • Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, briefings, reports, or other decision-support products for Government leaders.
  • Experience using Government-directed collaboration and project-management tools such as Mattermost, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Palantir Foundry experience
  • Data governance or data stewardship experience
  • SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytical tools
  • Experience with risk analysis, courses of action, ROI analysis, or executive decision support
  • Experience supporting senior Government leaders or capability providers, * Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:
