Job description

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support a proposal we are bidding on.This position is located in the National Capital Region (Pentagon, onsite). We estimate the award will be made in late August to September 2026 with a PoP starting 1 Nov 2026.

The Senior Solutions Architect serves as the technical lead for Mission Assurance data platform architecture and integration efforts. This position designs and implements enterprise data solutions, supports Government-directed digital transformation initiatives, integrates Mission Assurance systems, and advises Government leadership on scalable technical architectures that enable mission analysis, risk management, and enterprise decision support.

Required Clearance Level

  • Current, active, and valid Top Secret security clearance., * Design enterprise solution architectures supporting Mission Assurance data management and analytics.
  • Develop integration strategies for Government systems of record and enterprise data platforms.
  • Advise Government leadership on technical architecture decisions and implementation approaches.
  • Support implementation and optimization of Palantir Foundry and other Government-directed enterprise platforms.
  • Develop technical standards, architecture documentation, and implementation guidance.
  • Coordinate with Government technical personnel, data analysts, and software developers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements supporting Mission Assurance objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Government cybersecurity, data protection, and enterprise architecture requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise information systems, data architectures, or software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise solution architectures supporting complex Government or Department of Defense organizations.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources into enterprise platforms.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based, hybrid, or enterprise-scale information environments.
  • Expertise in oral and written English communications skills.
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense headquarters organizations.
  • Experience designing or implementing Palantir Foundry solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise data governance and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting Mission Assurance, operational risk management, or critical infrastructure programs.
  • Experience integrating APIs, enterprise databases, analytics platforms, and collaboration environments.
  • Experience using Mattermost, Jira, and Confluence., * Master’s (Required)

Experience:

  • integrating DoD information systems or data platforms: 5 years (Required)
  • designing DoD enterprise solution architectures: 10 years (Required)

Security clearance:

  • Top Secret (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Pentagon, DC 20301 (Required)
