Job description

Power Platform developer to support expanding portfolio of ERP, CRM, AI, and automation initiatives., * Accelerate delivery and support high-priority efforts for automation workflows and AI-driven solutions

Support and operationalize solutions that require ongoing enhancement and integration into governed data pipelines
Provide proper documentation and production-level support to ensure solutions can be scaled and sustained beyond their initial development
Maintain enterprise development standards ensuring all solutions are built with proper security, testing, documentation, and structured deployment practices, rather than one-off or unsupported applications

Requirements

3-5 years demonstrated experience developing applications
Power Platform (Canvas and Model-driven)
Power Automate (flows, connectors, approvals)
Dataverse (tables, relationships, security)
Code Apps
Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tooling to accelerate development workflows (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or equivalent)
Experience with Azure DevOps
Documentation
SDLC
Git-based source control with branching strategies (GitFlow or trunk-based)
Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, boards, repos, and release management, * AI / Automation Experience
Spec driven development process
Working proficiency with C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Excellent English
Work directly with business users and IT governance
API and Integration Development experience o API and integration development using REST APIs, webhooks, and message-based patterns
Experience consuming and exposing OData services for data integration and external system connectivity
Proficiency with JSON, XML, and common serialization/deserialization patterns
Understanding of data pipelines and staging
MS Fabric
Lakehouse concepts
Familiar with D365 FO architecture
