Senior Manager, Financial Systems

This is a highly visible position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the organization is fully leveraging its ERP systems while driving process improvements across accounting operations., * Lead initiatives to optimize and enhance financial systems, primarily SAP

• Act as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, and IT teams
• Drive improvements across core accounting processes including AP, fixed assets, and cash
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Oversee financial data governance, including chart of accounts and data integrity
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across finance functions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, workflows, and system usage
• Support audit and compliance efforts related to financial systems and data

• 6+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP, or finance transformation roles
• Strong experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
• Solid foundation in accounting/finance (GL, AP, fixed assets, cash, etc.)
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to both think strategically and execute
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP implementations or system optimization projects
• Exposure to AP automation, treasury modules, or fixed asset improvements
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
• Background in biotech, pharma, or regulated industries

Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
