IT Coordinator

• Performs the daily and month-end credit union processing.
• Assists with credit union data processing equipment and its functions which consists of, but is not limited to, the following duties:

o maintenance of related data processing equipment

o provide assistance to current and potential service providers

o assist with the development of new technology

o research and recommend upgrades and products that will further automate credit union services

o assist with trouble shooting and special projects as assigned

o provide assistance with disaster recovery plans

o assist with Local Area Network (LAN) needs

o update the credit union’s web site

o help develop Internet usage for convenience of membership

o assist with home banking products.

o Required to adjust work schedule to meet the needs of month end reporting and maintenance.

o Performs any other duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: A related college degree is preferred but extensive data processing experience is required. Must have a proven working knowledge of personal computers and networks. Experience with in-house computer systems is preferred. Must have proven abilities in implementing and maintaining technology systems. Understanding of financial institutions and accounting is preferred., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)
