Job description

We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a secure enterprise environment. This role supports end users by resolving hardware, software, and system issues while ensuring reliable and secure IT operations., Provide Tier I/II support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications. Deploy, image, configure, and maintain endpoint devices. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and peripheral issues. Support asset management, system documentation, and endpoint compliance. Assist with basic server room, cabling, and infrastructure support as needed.

Requirements

6+ years of IT support, service desk, or desktop support experience. Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM is a plus. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I or II certification (Security+, A+, or equivalent). Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
