Fingerprinting (Biometrics) Technician

Join our team as a Fingerprinting (Biometrics) Technician and play an important role in supporting a government fingerprinting program. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to provide biometric enrollment services while assisting with administrative projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect biometric fingerprints and complete applicant registrations.
• Process payments and accurately enter applicant information.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Assist with administrative projects as needed.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable using computers and office software.
