  • Ensuring financial data integrity through system reconciliations, validation activities, and financial reporting controls.
  • Strengthening accounting processes and controls to support accurate financial reporting and efficient global close activities.
  • Developing impactful reporting and analytics using tools such as Power BI and Power Query to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partnering with accounting and revenue recognition leaders to integrate newly acquired businesses into Siemens’ financial and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting, finance, financial reporting, or finance transformation experience
  • Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Query, KNIME, or similar analytics and automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, technology, and business teams
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset

You’ll stand out if you have:

  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, ERP migrations, or finance transformation initiatives
  • Experience mapping business processes and improving financial workflows
  • Understanding of how accounting systems, data flows, and reporting platforms interact
  • Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, Tableau, or other workflow automation tools
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning solutions within finance or accounting processes
  • Experience partnering with Finance, IT, Shared Services, and business stakeholders on transformation initiatives
  • Ability to translate complex financial or technical concepts into clear business recommendations
