Expert AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an Expert AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, and Data Science to support enterprise-scale AI initiatives within a highly regulated environment. Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or ML Engineering Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch Hands-on experience building, deploying, tuning, and monitoring ML models in production Strong understanding of MLOps (MLflow, CI/CD, model registry, experiment tracking, model monitoring, drift detection) Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and Text-to-SQL Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML, Dataiku, Azure SQL, or Oracle Ability to mentor teams and drive AI solutions from PoC to production Preferred: Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or other regulated industry experience Experience with Responsible AI, Model Governance, Explainability, and Compliance
