Application Developer

• 3 years of experience in software development using 3 or more of the following technologies:
• .Net Platform,
• ASP
• .NET MVC,
• C#,
• OOPS, Concepts,
• WCF,
• REST API Ajax,
• HTML,
• HTML 5,
• CSS,
• Jquery
• JavaScript
• SQL,
• ORM (N-Hibernate or Entity Framework)
• Automated Unit Testing,
• Applying Design Patterns, Performance Tuning (C# and SQL), Agile
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
• Previous experience working with:
• Azure
• JavaScript
• Experience with Domain Driven Development approach
• Previous experience managing the delivery of mid to large web/enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Federal procurement, contracting, proposal, and government cost accounting requirements
• Work experience with 3rd party products designed for Federal Contractors, such as Deltek GovWin, Deltek CostPoint.
• Working knowledge of full life-cycle implementation and production support.
• Expert level understanding of Data Conversion requirements.
• Understanding knowledge of handling all requirements relating to period-end and year-end activities in contract management and billing.
• Previous experience working with business application owners and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and manage the scope of defined features and functions during the project lifecycle.

Experience implementing:

• Quality guidelines,
• Standards and procedures,
• Experience working with ITIL standards for production support, working directly with clients and providing consultation.
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and coordinating across teams in a matrix organization environment.
