Having Datacenter skill who can work on devices installed in data center like, Network switches, Servers, Storage and racking & Stacking., Should be assisting technical team and Vendors for all the hardware issues in the datacenter. Updating and sharing the inventory with customer. Supporting technical teams remotely as and when required.

Requirements

Should have hands on experience working in data centers, knowledge of devices and customer management.

Other Requirements

Should have good communication skill and flexible in working hours / shifts
