Telecom Solutions Specialist

Drive telecom sales across the DFW and surrounding markets

Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities within existing electrical contractor accounts

Develop new business with low-voltage, datacom, data center, broadband, and utility contractors

Build strong relationships with contractor decision-makers, estimators, and project managers

Engage early in project lifecycles to influence specifications and material selection

Position the organization as a one-stop solution for electrical and telecom project needs

Develop bundled solutions that combine electrical materials, telecom infrastructure, and project-based supply packages

Leverage knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, and broadband OSP materials to meet client needs

3-7+ years of B2B sales experience in electrical distribution, telecom/datacom distribution, low-voltage systems, or broadband/utility sales

Proven ability to develop and grow contractor relationships

Strong understanding of project-based selling

Knowledge of structured cabling systems, fiber optic infrastructure, and data center environments

Knowledge of broadband and outside-plant (OSP) materials

Existing relationships with contractors, ISPs, or utilities in the DFW area

Experience selling into data center or large commercial projects

Ability to engage early in project lifecycles and influence specifications
