11AM COMPUTER OPERATOR

GENERAL SUMMARY: The 11am Computer Operator position is responsible for ensuring customers’ orders are received and processed in a timely manner. This individual will also be responsible for processing and reviewing customer reports, sorting pick slips for warehouse employees, and preparing invoices to send out with delivery drivers. Additionally, this operator will provide help desk support for ordering devices as well as printing monthly sales books. The 11am Shift Computer Operator will work within an office environment on an IBM AS/400, MS Excel, CE, iOS & Android systems.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: All candidates must be detail oriented, possess a high degree of accuracy, and work well meeting deadlines. Should possess strong personal, interpersonal and phone skills. It’s preferred that candidates have a background in supporting users with technical issues over the phone but is not required. Additional qualifications include a broad knowledge of popular operating systems, application software, computers, printers, and networks. Evidence of a strong customer service background is also preferred.
