IT Support Technician

We are seeking a reliable and motivated IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, networks, and technology systems. This role provides technical support to employees and helps ensure that all IT systems operate efficiently to support daily business operations., * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
• Set up new employee workstations, user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
• Maintain computer inventory and IT equipment records.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Configure and support network devices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and printers.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, password security, and user awareness.
• Document technical issues and resolutions through the IT ticketing system.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for equipment repair and technical support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, virtualization, or cloud services is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese is required
