SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager Lead Enterprise HR Transformation Projects We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation initiatives from planning through successful delivery. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, oversee multiple concurrent implementations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives., * Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across multiple HCM modules.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining delivery quality.
• Provide regular project status updates and executive communications to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project governance and quality standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and drive successful project outcomes., * Lead high-profile enterprise HR transformation initiatives.
• Work with global clients on complex SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Make a direct impact on large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience delivering large-scale implementations across multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC/ECP), Onboarding, and Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations with HR systems and related applications.
• Experience managing distributed project teams, third-party vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) consulting experience.
• Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors SaaS implementation projects.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, or Talent Management modules.
• 3+ years leading SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation projects.
