SAP EC Payroll Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Project Manager with hands-on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration expertise to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations, payroll transformation projects, client coordination, payroll configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP EC Payroll implementation and support projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery.
• Gather payroll requirements and provide solution design.
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, payroll parallel testing, and go-live activities.
• Work with global stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams, and business users.
• Support payroll compliance, issue resolution, and post-production support.

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (ECP).
• Hands-on payroll configuration experience.
• Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, PCC, and retro payroll.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end EC Payroll implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification preferred.
