Job description
We are seeking a Wireless Network Operations Center Lead to join our team supporting a national law enforcement agency NOC., Wireless Network Operations Center Lead is responsible for coordinating the scheduling for the Wireless Network Operations Center group supporting Cellular Over the Horizon Enforcement Network (COTHEN) and Land Mobile Radio (LMR. Service). Serve as the lead point of contact (POC) for government and customers seeking technical assistance. Coordinate training for new contractor position and provide documentation for daily, weekly and monthly reports from the ticketing system and databases.
Requirements
-
At least Ten (10) Plus years of experience with tactical communications integration, testing, programming, troubleshooting, and design.

Three (3) Plus years of experience in tactical communications Project 25 (P25) integration, installation, operations, maintenance, repairing and maintaining P25 infrastructure equipment.

Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
