- Help develop, maintain, and execute the architecture governance framework that guides how mission-critical systems evolve across the enterprise.

- Serve as a subject matter expert who advises senior leaders, delivers data-driven recommendations, and helps translate strategic objectives into sound architectural decisions.

- Partner with architecture teams and the Data Governance Group to capture user requirements and use cases, and to shape the data standards and processes that power a modern Digital Mission Engineering Environment.

- Build, baseline, and continuously update enterprise architectures and detailed architecture artifacts using leading digital engineering tools and libraries.

- Ingest, reformat, validate, and publish āAs-Isā architecture products, ensuring the enterprise always has an accurate, trusted picture of its systems.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or educational equivalent.
- 5+ years in the following:
- Establishing system information requirements.
- Designing architecture - including software, hardware and communications - to support total requirements and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
- Evaluating problems of workflows and organization and developing appropriate corrective actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MBSE, and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira).
- Strong written/verbal skills for technical documentation and presentations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile, dynamic environment.
- The Open Group Framework (TOGAF) certification.
- DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF) certification.
- Experience with systems engineering and enterprise architecture for high assurance communications systems.
- Background in NC3 architecture/performance analysis and engineering design.
- Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems.
Experience collaborating with NC3 stakeholders including Air Force, Navy, NC3 Enterprise Center, USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, and OSD.

The NC3 Enterprise Center serves as the Department of Defenseās lead organization for enterprise-level systems engineering and architecture for NC3. This is a Mission Essential contract that must be performed under all circumstances to achieve its DoD component missions and responsibilities.
As a Systems Architect on the contractās Enterprise Architecture Team, you will help develop Fit-For-Purpose enterprise level architecture viewpoints through Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) based on Authoritative Source of Truth (ASoT) to support engineering analysis and data-driven decision-making by senior leaders that enables the modernization and evolution of NC3 capabilities.

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
