ServiceNow Platform Architect

• Understand the customer environment for the Business processes and IT processes

• Work with the customers (Business and IT stakeholders) to understand their

requirements and needs

• Brainstorm with the customer and bring out the requirements beneficial to them

considering the following:

o the current needs and roadmap of the customer Business and IT

o the current capabilities and roadmap (to the published level) of the

ServiceNow platform

• Be responsible for the design and architecture for the new implementation and

development of ServiceNow applications - as suitable to the business and IT based on

the baseline requirements

• Be responsible for the design and architecture for Maintenance and enhancement of

existing ServiceNow applications

• Consider the Security and Audit compliance as aligned with the agreed

standards/customer policy

• Provide guidance and thought-leadership in ServiceNow platform to customers

(Business and IT)

• Share Best Practices and guidance to the technical teams as a mentor

• Provide guidance to the implementation methodology and testing methodology.

• Prepare Solution Architecture deliverables, including validation with Security

Architects and Architecture Governance Boards.

• Proficiency with multiple of mentioned ServiceNow components: ITSM, SPM, CMDB

• CSDM, SecOps, HR SD, SAM, HAM, ITAM, GRC, ITOM, EA

• Maintaining the Development guidelines to standardize developments

• Prepare and lead architectural board meetings and deliverables

• Ensure the completeness of the platform documentation, including usage of

• Minimum 3 years experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect

• Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator and at least one CIS certificate

• Must work from within EER

• Can work onsite in Brussels part-time

• Languages: English in written & speech at C1 level

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Evidence of compliance with the requested skills (evaluation criteria) needs to be provided in the CV.

• Expertise as ServiceNow architect in area of ServiceNow Asset Management (ITAM,

SAM, HAM)

• Expertise as ServiceNow architect in at least 2 of following modules: ITSM, SPM,

CMDB + CSDM, SecOps, HR SD, GRC, ITOM, EA

• Minimum 3+ years experience in technically leading implementation of at least 3

ServiceNow implementation projects

• Expertise on integrations of ServiceNow with other third party tools, like Entra,

Intune, Dynatrace, …

• Expertise on implementation of ServiceNow Platform security and alignment of

ServiceNow designs with security guidelines

• Expertise on usage and definition of ServiceNow best practices for implementation

teams

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform maintenance (upgrades, maintainability,

upgradability)

• Excellent knowledge of ITIL processes

• Expertise in Architecture model creation and usage of such modelling tools (ARIS,

Archimate, …)

• Strong documentation skills

• Strong verbal/written communication skills

• TOGAF or any equivalent certification

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
