Job description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), solution architecture, and digital transformation within complex enterprise environments.

Design the functional and technical architecture for ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) solutions.
Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
Define data models for assets, buildings, spaces, contracts, suppliers, and fleet management.
Design workflows and business processes for asset lifecycle and facility management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and development teams.
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) best practices.
Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives, secure development, and application governance.
Oversee solution quality through code reviews, integration testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Support modernization initiatives and migration towards modern application architectures.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in application or solution architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Architect.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) IT Service Management
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Human Resources Service Delivery
Experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) certification or implementation.
Experience within the public sector.
Knowledge of Facility Management and Asset Management solutions.
Native or fluent Dutch or French
Good knowledge of the second national language
Professional proficiency in English
Strong analytical and solution architecture skills.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
