Job description
- Operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, technology, and business, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities and work closely with Product Owner, engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders across the organization to deliver meaningful outcomes.
- You are passionate about innovation and stay ahead of industry developments in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), Exposure Management, and AI-driven security practices. You actively evaluate emerging technologies, challenge the status quo, and identify opportunities to further strengthen the bank’s security posture.
- This role requires a proactive and results-oriented mindset. You take ownership, build strong relationships, and bring people together around a common vision. Whether defining strategy, refining requirements, or engaging with senior stakeholders, you know how to turn ideas into tangible results.
- Success in this role means creating momentum, turning strategy into execution, and ensuring that Exposure Management becomes a mature, embedded capability that demonstrably improves the bank’s security posture., * An attractive gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including holiday allowanceand a flexible benefit budget.

Requirements
- 10+ years

- A future oriented mindset, * Has a solid understanding of modern Exposure Management.
- Stays up-to-date and can quickly understand new technologies and trends.
- Has enough technical understanding to challenge solutions, without needing to be the technical expert on every implementation.
- Is comfortable working with both engineers and senior stakeholders.
- Takes ownership, cuts through complexity, and drives initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Good understanding of the cyber threat landscape, cyber threats and cyber risks.
