Founding AI Engineer

You will operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor, identifying and building high-impact AI solutions that drive measurable commercial value.

• Identify high-leverage opportunities across pricing, customer journey, operations, and internal tooling
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions with clear commercial outcomes
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems that are monitored and scalable
• Own the full lifecycle from ideation through to measurable business impact
• Continuously prioritise and deliver initiatives that improve revenue, efficiency, or customer experience
• Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and technical teams to drive execution at pace
• Contribute to a fast-moving engineering environment focused on shipping high-quality solutions quickly

You will combine strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset and a track record of delivering real-world impact.

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions in production
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and independently define solutions
• Experience delivering systems that drive measurable outcomes such as revenue growth or cost reduction
• Deep understanding of modern AI tooling, including large language models and production workflows
• Ability to design scalable architectures with consideration of cost, performance, and reliability
• Commercial awareness with the ability to prioritise work based on business value
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
