SAP Payroll Consultant - Dutch speaking

A new permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join a leading customer supporting clients across the Netherlands. The successful consultant will play a key role in delivering, supporting, and optimising SAP Payroll and EC Payroll solutions, working closely with payroll teams and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient payroll processes.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Payroll and/or SAP EC Payroll solutions
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Payroll with experience across implementation, optimisation, and support projects
• Experience analysing payroll-related incidents, change requests, and providing functional solutions
• Proven experience configuring SAP Payroll and supporting testing and documentation activities
• Good understanding of payroll administration and HR processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach
