About YouWe’re looking for an experienced technology leader who combines strong people management skills with a genuine passion for AI innovation. Essential ExperienceProven experience leading and developing technical teams within a software engineering or AI environmentDemonstrable experience delivering enterprise AI initiatives, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Voice AI or similar intelligent automation technologiesStrong understanding of modern software engineering principles and development methodologiesCommercial mindset with the ability to assess business value and ROI when prioritising AI initiativesWorking knowledge of cloud platforms and modern AI technologiesUnderstanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and PythonExperience managing Agile delivery and cross-functional stakeholder engagement Desirable ExperienceHands-on software development or AI engineering experienceExposure to AI Operations (AIOps), MLOps and production AI environmentsExperience working with digital platforms, web or mobile technologiesKnowledge of modern data platforms and Data Lake architectures
