, Present programme updates, risks and investment proposals to Executive Leadership and Steering Committees \r\n

, Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, influencing senior stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes \r\n

, Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers, Business Analysts and project teams \r\n

, Champion programme management best practice and support the ongoing development of the IT PMO \r\n

Significant experience delivering large-scale IT and business transformation programmes \r\n

, Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams within complex organisations \r\n

, Strong background delivering infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and enterprise application programmes \r\n

, Experience managing third-party suppliers, systems integrators and external delivery partners \r\n

, Excellent programme governance, financial management and risk management skills \r\n

, Experience presenting to Executive Leadership, Steering Committees and Board-level stakeholders \r\n

, Strong stakeholder management and communication skills \r\n

, Experience leading cross-functional teams within matrix organisations \r\n

, Ability to manage programme budgets exceeding \u00a31m \r\n

, MSP, PgMP or equivalent Programme Management qualification \r\n
