Epic Tapestry CRM Administration Analyst

• Administer and support Epic Tapestry CRM, including case workflows, user support, testing, and documentation.
• Validate member, provider, service request, and operational workflows within CRM-related processes.
• Assist with defect tracking, workflow enhancement review, and release validation to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and end-user experience.

• 3+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications.
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams and support remote delivery across time zones.
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and HIPAA-style data handling.

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic Tapestry CRM Administration certification or CRM support experience
• Member services, provider services, or payer operations background
• Strong documentation and support skills
• Proficiency in Epic Tapestry and CRM workflows
