Epic Tapestry Eligibility & Enrollment Analyst

• Support eligibility and enrollment workflows within Epic Tapestry and payer systems
• Validate member eligibility, enrollment updates, and plan data to ensure accuracy
• Assist in configuration review, issue resolution, and UAT testing
• Document business rules, workflow impacts, and operational readiness findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-live and production support
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic, or payer operations
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry and payer platforms
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to work effectively with US healthcare teams across time zones
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Preferred: Epic Tapestry Eligibility & Enrollment certification
• Preferred: Experience with 834 enrollment files and SQL data analysis
