Job description
- Workload: Balancing both daily operational needs and project-based work. The workload includes troubleshooting system issues, managing data migration tasks, and configuring enhancements or integrations. You can expect a mix of support tickets, system improvements, and cross-site coordination, along with occasional travel.
- Key Responsibilities: Configuring and supporting SAP MM/PP modules, handling data migration using tools like LSMW, and implementing process improvements across global manufacturing sites. Support integrations with third-party systems, documents processes, trains users, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with procurement, supply chain, production, IT, and global site teams. Collaboration involves translating business requirements into SAP solutions, coordinating testing and deployment, supporting cross-location rollouts, and communicating clearly with both technical and nontechnical users. It is a highly cross-functional, globally connected position.

Requirements
- Alternate Titles: SAP MM/PP Analyst, SAP MM/PP Specialist, ERP Systems Analyst (Manufacturing), SAP Business Systems Analyst Materials & Planning, or SAP Integration Specialist.
- Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of SAP MM/PP implementation and support experience, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with SAP integrations and system design. Project management capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and work independently are also required.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with tools like Manhattan SCALE, Kinaxis, or GIB is beneficial, as is familiarity with global manufacturing environments. Additional languages, Lean/continuous-improvement exposure, and experience supporting international sites are also strong pluses.
