IT Security Analyst

• Review and analyze PC’s and their end user requirements specific to the company.
• PC and printer set up.
• Install, maintain, and configure packages that can be deployed to all company computers and servers.
• Monitor, maintain, and patch operating systems.
• Assist employees with the security of their email and passwords.
• Manage security information and event management systems.
• Manage virtual machines, network security, and backed-up data.
• Provide support for a variety of compliance frameworks.
• Maintain a disaster recovery plan.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and resolve issues with both hardware and software.
• Communicate with IT Manager, Infrastructure, other security analysts, and tech team.
• Occasionally help out with on-call support.

The IT Security Analyst will be a tenured IT generalist that can setup/configure computers, laptops, virtual servers, operating systems, printers, and more. Apart of a team this position will install, monitor, and perform maintenance on all software and technology consistent with industry best practices. To be considered for this role, candidates must have 4+ years of IT experience and 2+ years of End-Point Configuration/Security Analyst experience. The goal of this position is to grow into the IT Security Analyst II role., * 4+years of IT experience.

• 2-3+ years of security analyst experience.
• Ability to perform high-level IT support.
• Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Information Technology (or similar) degree/training (Preferred).
• VMWare Certification (Preferred).
• Microsoft Certification (Preferred).
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (Preferred).
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Preferred).
• Systems Security Certified Practitioner (Preferred).

Ainsley Search Group is seeking an IT Security Analyst I for one of our large innovative manufacturing clients in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area. This is a full-time hybrid role that will require at least 3 days on site a week.
