- Develop and maintain the information management landscape of the organisation and assist in its data driven transformation efforts;
- Provide assistance to operational and project teams in finding, accessing, creating and distributing key data and information;
- Provide high-level meeting support during critical cyber security operations and incidents, including:
ü Meeting organization, coordination, and facilitation;
ü Real-time minute taking and documentation;
ü Decision tracking and action item management;
ü Timely distribution of outcomes and communications to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain situational awareness and ensure accurate information flow during high-pressure operational scenarios;
- Support rapid response coordination by managing communication channels and information distribution.
Requirements
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience;
- Proven experience in cyber security with an understanding of cyber security operations and terminology;
- Proven experience in information management, knowledge management, or related fields;
- Thorough knowledge of tools for information management (Atlassian stack or SharePoint);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including minute-taking and report writing;
- Experience in roles requiring taking initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment;
- Experience in roles requiring excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About the job:
Based in Mons or in Brussels, Belgium, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join NATO Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), which is responsible for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities for cyber security. In executing this responsibility, NCSC provides specialist cyber security-related services covering the spectrum of scientific, technical, acquisition, operations, maintenance, and sustainment support, throughout the lifecycle of NATO Communications and Information Systems (CIS).
The NCSC is part of the nucleus of the NATO Integrated Cyber Defence Centre (NICC).
