SAP SD Consultant

Are you passionate about improving business processes through SAP and eager to work in an international manufacturing environment? As a SAP SD Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation, optimisation and rollout of SAP solutions, supporting the business from analysis through to successful go-live. Your responsibilities?

• Research new SAP functionalities and translate business needs into efficient system solutions;
• Develop new processes and optimise existing SAP SD processes within an international manufacturing environment;
• Roll out SAP templates to new factories and countries while working closely with business process owners;
• Participate in blueprint and fit-gap analyses to map business processes and functional requirements;
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configure the system and prepare both functional and technical specifications;
• Document, test and validate new functionalities while supporting users during acceptance testing and go-live;
• Contribute to projects from initial analysis through implementation while working with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and related business processes;
• You can look back on a minimum of 4 years related experience;
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and production processes;
• Analytical, solution-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving;
• Ability to work independently while thriving in an informal, collaborative environment;
• Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is considered an asset;
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe;
• Ability to debug programming code is a valuable advantage.
