Job description

Santander Technology & Operations is seeking a Technical Architect based mainly in Madrid to lead cloud reference architectures and design scalable solutions for global platforms. You will drive best practices across EDA, microservices, and serverless patterns while ensuring security, observability, and reliability.

Requirements

The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, and a proactive approach to technology observatories and architectural governance.
