IT Technician

• Testing used commercial IT equipment (Servers, Networking Equipment, Hard Drive Arrays, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Drive Storage, Tape Drives etc.)
• Data erasing used IT equipment / data storage
• Refurbishing and repairing used IT equipment
• Asset logging IT equipment
• Processing large amounts of used IT equipment
• Destruction of IT equipment
• Ensuring all processing meets high professional standards
• Testing, trialing and developing improved ways of processing used IT equipment
• Continually improving efficiency and professionalism
• Other associated duties as part of working in an IT recycling company

Any Supervisory / Leadership potential or experience.

Any IT hardware technical experience.

Any warehouse experience., * Has IT industry experience

• Has any experience or potential for leadership / supervisory roles
• Is interested in making a career switch into the IT industry
• Pays attention to detail and organisation
• Is ambitious and willing to progress
• Is good at using their initiative

Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day inclusive of an unpaid 30-minute break. Start and finish times can be flexible between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.

This role is based at Revive IT, Leeds, LS7 2HG.
