Business Systems Coordinator

· Creation and maintenance of ERP master data.

· Creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM’s).

· Support production planning and gain an understanding of production orders.

· Investigate and resolve ERP related issues.

· Coordinate with Engineering, IT, marketing and production around the implementation of new products.

· Support quality systems, homologation and internal audits.

· Produce business and sales reporting.

· Assist with pricing work.

· Analyse operational and commercial data.

· Identify opportunities to improve business systems and processes.

Reporting to Strategic Operations Director.

· Must have a good level of IT competency. SAP experience is preferable but not essential.

· Must have experience within a similar role.

Ideal Candidate

· Will easily be able to manage their own time and workload.

· Will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Will have experience in a systems coordinator or systems analysis role.

Starting salary of £32,000 to £36,000.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
