The role will work within the Service Delivery team to provide support for a range of services to all users within the Trust. This will include providing support remote and in person. Requirements
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a range of IT systems and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. In return, we will develop your skills, knowledgeand experience with formal and on-the-job training. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a role in the Trust’s Informatics team and to be a valued member of one of the country’s highest profile Trusts.If you have a background in IT/Informatics, are interested with working with a Trust accelerating through digital transformation programmes within the Trust and local ISC, and like a challenge then we would love to hear from you., * oEducated to a degree level or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

- oITIL foundation certificate (or 1-year equivalent experience)
Experience Essential
- oAt least 1-year recent experience working in a complex, large and high-pressured IT support environment (more than 1000 users
- oAt least 1-year recent experience working in a complex, large and high-pressured IT support environment (more than 1000 users) oAt least 1 year experience in using a Service Management Tool to log incidents and requests with the appropriate information. oExperienced in troubleshooting basic network issues, Active Directory, software, mobile devices, and printing faults.

- oExperience in configuration, installation, and support of end user infrastructure

- oKnowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Applications such as Office 365 and SharePoint

- oAbility to troubleshoot basic network issues, software, mobile device, and printing faults
- oAbility to work well in a fast-paced, high-stress team environment
- oExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a range of people including executives, management, and individual contributors (clinical and non-clinical)
- oAble to convey information by email, telephone and face-to-face to staff of all levels.
- oAble to record complex technical details accurately and able to document technical procedures.
- oExcellent analytical diagnostics and PC troubleshooting skills
- oAbility to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines, * oWillingness to learn new systems and technologies
- oAbility to participate in the departmental out-of-hours shift rota, which includes unsociable hours such as evenings, nights, and weekends.
