Job description
- Lead the delivery of client technology solutions, including Wi-Fi, networking, internet connectivity, telephony and AV systems.
- Manage and develop a small team, providing coaching, support and clear direction.
- Work with Sales, Account Management and Operations to scope, design and deliver technology solutions that meet client needs.
- Oversee technology projects from planning through to successful delivery and handover.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, ensuring strong performance and service quality.
- Support solution design, cost estimation and technical input for client proposals.
- Drive continuous improvement across client technology services, documentation and operational processes.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to enhance reliability, scalability and customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing client-facing technology services in a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, telephony and AV technologies.
- Experience delivering technology projects and coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a small team.
- A customer-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Yealink or Logitech solutions.
- ITIL, PRINCE2, Cisco, Meraki or equivalent industry certifications.
- Experience within shared workspaces, commercial property, hospitality or other multi-site environments.
