Junior Website Designer

We’re a web design agency that does things properly. We care about results, not just how things look. And we need someone who feels the same way.

This is a one-day-a-week role: ideal if you’re building your skills, running your own projects alongside, studying, and want focused, meaningful work.

What you’ll actually be doing

Helping design and update websites that work - not just websites that win awards. Carrying out SEO audits and making practical improvements that help our clients get found. Keeping an eye on site performance and flagging anything that needs attention. Working closely with the rest of the team to make sure design and SEO are pulling in the same direction.

Someone who understands that a beautiful website nobody finds is a waste of everybody’s money. You’ll have knowledge of web design - WordPress experience is a plus. You’ll understand the basics of on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, page structure, site speed and the rest. You’re organised, you ask good questions and you don’t need hand-holding to get things done. A genuine interest in how the web actually works - not just how it looks., A genius. A guru. A ninja. We don’t use those words here. We just want someone competent, curious and reliable.
