We are seeking a Test Analyst with deep core expertise in building automated test frameworks, to join a critical government programme. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain API automation frameworksDefine and implement test strategies aligned with engineering standardsPerform functional, integration, and regression testing at API levelCollaborate closely with developers, analysts, and DevOps engineersEnsure solutions are: Robust/ Maintainable/ ScalableEmbed quality engineering practices across teamsContribute to modernisation and remediation of legacy applicationsIdentify risks early and drive improvements in quality processesAnalyse defects, perform root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence Core Technical Skills

Testing experience in either central government or consultingExtensive experience testing REST and SOAP APIsExperience with automation frameworksGood knowledge of JavaAn understanding of shift-left testing principals including integration of testing into CI/CD pipelines
