Senior Program Security Officer (SAP) - TS/SCI Required

The candidate will provide senior-level program security support for Mojave OSP TO7. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining security procedures across Special Access Program, personnel, information, and physical security functions in accordance with DoD and Intelligence Community policies, directives, and classification requirements.

Duties:

· Implement security procedures in compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community directives, policies, and security classification regulations.

· Conduct security indoctrinations, briefings, and debriefings and maintain associated access and training records.

· Develop, update, and maintain security Standard Operating Procedures and related program security documentation.

· Perform classification management and reviews using applicable Security Classification Guides.

· Review program security plans, SOPs, and supporting documentation for compliance with established requirements.

· Support Special Access Program processing, including access submissions, SIC and JADE account lookups and creation, and maintenance of SAP training records.

· Perform personnel security, information security, and physical security responsibilities, including access management and records maintenance.

· Support ICD 705 accreditation activities and prepare or review Fixed Facility Checklists, Co-Use Agreements, Emergency Action Plans, and related documentation.

· Interpret and apply DoD, DCID, ICD, JAFAN, NISPOM, and related security guidance and directives.

· Coordinate with government personnel, program leadership, and security stakeholders to resolve security issues and maintain program compliance.

· Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple security priorities and deadlines.

· 11-14 years of relevant security experience, including more than 5 years supporting DoD or Intelligence Community organizations.

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

· Program Security Officer experience, including Special Access Program processing and administration.

· Knowledge of and experience applying DoD, DCID, ICD, JAFAN, NISPOM, and related security classification guidance and directives.

· Experience conducting indoctrinations, security briefings and debriefings, and developing SOPs.

· Experience with classification management, classification reviews, and Security Classification Guides.

· Experience reviewing program security plans and SOPs for compliance with government requirements.

· Knowledge of ICD 705 and accreditation processing requirements.

· Knowledge of personnel security, information security, and physical security practices.

· Knowledge of Fixed Facility Checklists, Co-Use Agreements, and Emergency Action Plans.

· Experience with SAP access submissions, access management, SAP training, record maintenance, and SIC or JADE account activities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

· Must obtain the appropriate DoD Security Professional Education Development certification in accordance with DoD Manual 3305.13 within one year of the service start date., * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance (Required)
