Implementation Manager, focusing on Parcel and Freight Implementations for a fast-growing Supply Chain Consulting and Technology company located in South Florida., The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of clients across Zero Down Supply Chain Solutions and FreightOptics service offerings. This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Technology, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate system setup, timely delivery, and a strong client experience. The use of AI-enabled tools is required in this role to support data analysis, process optimization, decision-making, and continuous improvement., · Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation across all modes of transportation (Parcel & Freight) for Audit, Claims, Bill Pay, TMS, and Negotiation Services.
· Transition clients to operations or Key Account Management with client-specific SOPs as necessary.
· Maintain and evolve client configurations post-implementation and manage client offboardings as necessary.
· Partner with Sales during pre-implementation to support scope, timelines, and feasibility.
· Leverage AI-enabled tools to analyze implementation data, identify risks, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows.
· Validate and apply professional judgment to AI-assisted outputs to ensure data integrity and client alignment.
· Lead RFP and carrier onboarding efforts related to implementation.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives using automation and intelligent tools.
· Manage special projects as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
· Experience supporting or leading logistics, transportation, or supply chain implementations.
· Ongoing use of AI-enabled tools to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve operational and business outcomes.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
· Strong email and calendar management skills.
