IT Support Engineer

Do you have experience in Windows?, Design, implement, manage, and support Customer networks. This includes desktop hardware and software, server hardware and software, networking equipment including switches, access points, and firewall devices, endpoint security software, data protection software, and a range of end user applications. Preferred skills include:

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work well with Customer personnel.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop and server operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with virtualization technology (HyperV and VMWare.)
• Experience with backup software (Rapid Recovery and Veeam a plus)
• Experience with endpoint security software.
• Proficient networking knowledge, including but not limited to Layer 2 switch management and wireless networking.
• Experience configuring and managing firewall devices preferred.
• Basic VoIP experience preferred.
