Job description
Successful candidates will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce and CRM Analytics solutions. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate with senior executives, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions within an agile environment. You will provide technical leadership to developers, along with hands-on development support. An understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available., + CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, and dashboards via the Wave API and related AnalyticsDataset and AnalyticsDashboard objects in Apex for analytics-driven functionality
- Apex Classes, Triggers, and Test Classes for advanced business logic
- SOQL & SOSL for optimized and selective queries, including handling of large data volumes
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI and front-end interactivity in both internal and Experience Cloud contexts
- Strong JavaScript and ES6+ skills for building complex client-side functionality
- Custom REST/SOAP API development and integration using Apex callouts
- Consumption and processing of external data via HTTP callouts, Named Credentials, and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
- Integration with external systems via Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming API
- Batch Apex & Queueable Apex for asynchronous and large-scale processing
- Git for version control and deployment workflows

Configuration & Customization Skills *
- Advanced data modeling (custom objects, fields, relationships) aligned to business requirements
- Lightning App Builder and record page customization for both internal and Experience Cloud use cases
- Dynamic forms and visibility rules for context-sensitive layouts
- Salesforce CMS setup and management for Experience Cloud content
- Declarative integrations with External Objects and Flow HTTP callouts
- Data migration via Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and scripted Apex ETL
Soft Skills
- Participate in requirements refinement and translate into technical configurations or prototypes
- Document technical and configuration decisions for maintainability
- Support UAT and perform technical regression testing before deployments
Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience including: *
- Advanced reporting & dashboard design using native Salesforce analytics features
- Deep Service Cloud expertise (case management, knowledge base setup, entitlements, SLAs)
- Strong Experience Cloud configuration for authenticated and guest users, including page variations, audience targeting, and custom navigation
- Declarative automation mastery (Flow, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Approval Processes)
- Robust security model design (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, guest user access configuration)
- Strong technical and programming skills including, * BS degree in Information Technology or another related technical discipline
- Certification as a Salesforce Architect (Desired).
