Job description

The Test Lead in this role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the testing activities related to Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, and Java. The primary focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation of testing strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to deliver high-quality software products., 1. Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the timely and effective execution of test plans and test cases.

  1. Develop and implement testing processes and procedures for testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java based projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  3. Conduct automation testing using testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and defects to project stakeholders.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on testing best practices and tools.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in testing tools and test automation (emb), selenium, and java.
  2. Strong experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
  3. Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a testing team., 1.Certification in Test1.Certification ing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), selenium, and Java is a plus.
